Visited Kebab street on a dark and stormy night in Kochi. The restaurant is literally a little hole in the wall in kakkanad. There is limited seating available inside the restaurant, but that caters more to a bachelor crowd rather than families. The food is phenomenal. We ordered the following: The Malai Kebab: Comes in a dry version and a saucy version. We had both and lived both versions. They were literally melt in your mouth tender. 5/5 The Tandoori Chicken: We ordered the saucy version, and again the chicken was melt in your mouth tender with a buttery rich Tandoori gravy. 5/5 The Afghani Chicken: A garlicky chicken again in a rich cream sauce. 5/5 Beef / Mutton Seekh Kebab: Qe found this a little overtly spicy, but still packed with flavor. 4/5 They ran out of Rumali roti’s, so we ordered Paratha’s as well. Service is very attentive and relatively quick. The hygiene of the restaurant is a little suspect, but in all honesty I nor the people I shared the food with had any problems the next day. The seekh kebabs are priced per skewer, so you might want to order a couple. Portions are not very large, but are very complimentary to the prices charged. Value for money: 5/5 Overall: 4/5
