Great experience in such a busy mall. Have tried all the outlets there, but this one is special. Even when it's soo crowded, always get the best products and service

Great ambience and well behaved staff! However if your are craving to taste the exeptional flavours of kfc then this outlet is definitely not one of the best options! We ordered a 5 piece bucket! The whole thing tasted awful! Need to improve on maintaining the authenticity in quality and taste promised by kfc!

Gonna rate low because for the past 1year...i have seen this branch of KFC is reducing the quality and quantity of food that they serve. I visit regularly and my last few order of Rice meal box was worst, rice was not cookd properly, quantity of rice was 1/4 compared to the box.
