I had ordered chicken wings with Pepsi 500 ml. I received the wings ok. But I only got a Pepsi can and they never rectified their mistake or even gave me my refund, even after I had raised a query.

I was sent the wrong order. After paying extra and going for 2 pieces of choice (thigh) and KFC confirming it through phone, sent 2 breast pieces which I had specifically asked them not to send. I think your staff has difficulty making out breast and thigh pieces. What can be done now? I request for refund and the delivered items may be collected from my location.

Old food.It was a waste of money. And the quantity was very less too. We were looking for some crispy chicken to eat. The chicken was cold and drooly and wasn't crispy at all.very disappointed .
