Amazingly destroyed the name of KFC . The portion size was too small, but the rate was exquisitely high. We ordered a bucket of chicken, not a bucket of chicks. The layout of the tray was worse than you can imagine. The whole place was filled with mosquitoes. The seats were soaked due to leaking refrigeration units . How do you expect to eat at a place like this. The Customer service was despicable. They just wanted to get rid of the person standing in front of them. When asked if we could get some coleslaw, we were told that there is no coleslaw in a Kerala KFC. These were the exact words. The KFC in Lulu provided us with it. The French fries were bland and tasteless. It felt like piccking up a dead earthworm. The broasted chicken had no spiciness and was lacking in salt. We ordered a Bucket of chicken , but received a small box. In total I had a horrible experience in the newly opened branch in Perumbavoor. I would rather eat from Chicking Perumbavoor, which provides ten times better service and ten times better quality and quantity of food than KFC Perumbavoor. I am now going to clean my mouth and get rid of the taste left behind by your food.Highly dissatisfied with this branch. I’m never visiting this branch again.👎 I would give you a 2/10
