Ordered from Kubaba Kuzhimandhi through Zomato, and it exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The mandhi was perfectly cooked, with tender, flavorful meat and aromatic rice. The quantity was generous, and everything was well packed. Definitely one of the best mandhi experiences in Kochi. Highly recommended!

i have to wait 10 more minutes and food took 40 minutes and the service was very bad that we had to wait for 10 minutes to get the water .

Absolutely horrible experience. 20–25 minutes just to call our name, another 25 minutes for the food, and even a simple salad took another 10 minutes. The food was awful, and after eating, I ended up with vomiting and stomach pain. And for this level of food and service, the prices are ridiculously high. Paying premium prices for this is honestly insulting. Don’t fall for the social media hype. It’s even worse than you’d expect. Overpriced, painfully slow, and terrible food. Save your money, your time, and your stomach — go somewhere else.

The food we ordered from kubaba has been one of the bitter experience in terms if service and response from the restaurant..The long waiting for a food to be delivered at our residence with more than 2 Hr of time is disatisfying after which they refund was initiated with no response, I tried contacting but it was of no use as they service need to be improved for a restaurant to run

I had a very disappointing experience at Kubaba Kuzhimanthi. The service was poor, and the food was incomplete; we only received the meat, pickle, and mayonnaise, with no salad or other expected sides. When I requested more rice, my request was agreed to but it was never delivered. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Booked a table through Zomato but still had to wait around 20 minutes. No priority was given for reservations, and tables were allotted just like for walk-in customers. Defeats the purpose of booking in advance.
