it's absolutely good experience with anusha and her team.As i ahd newborn I had requested for cradle which had assured immediately after booking is made.They arranged for feeding facities while at hotel .Though we took only lunch anusha and her team were compassionate enough to understand needs and they made sure that it's met.There are only few places in kochi this happens.Thanking anusha and her team once again for keeping us happy happy and cozy especially my newborn who was three weeks old.

We had an exceptional experience at the hotel, and it was all thanks to Ebel and the team. Their support and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. We went for buffet dinner. The spread is not so interesting as fish option was limited and there was no mutton option. Other options are also limited. Not worth the money.

3600 expected bill for 4 people as listed on Zomato. Expected to pay 2340 with 35% discount according to Zomato. But they presented bill of 5662 and I had to pay 3926. This is horrible customer experience by both app and hotel!
