Forgot the name. An nice chef, who accommodated our request to start preparing our food before restaurant opening time. We were short on time, and had a long journey ahead of us. The food was awesome. Zomato and Google had displayed 12pm as restaurant opening time. But actually the restaurant opens only at 1230pm. Zomato gave an option to book the table at 12pm,and we reached at that time. The lack of cohesion between information in all these platforms and the real opening time was a bit awkward. Other than that, Great restaurant. Courteous Staff.

Nice Ambience as you would expect from Grand Hyatt, Hospitable & Friendly Staff, Good Buffet Speead though not justified for the price.. Some products were awesome especially Live Counter Prawns, Seer Fish Fillet and the Boondi Rabri in Dessert.. It was overall nice experience.. The cafe has a beautiful view.. Worth a visit..

The ambience at Grand Hyatt Kochi was truly impressive – beautifully designed spaces with a calm, luxurious vibe. The view from the restaurant added to the relaxing experience. As for the food, it was decent but didn’t quite stand out. Some dishes were good, while others felt just average. Overall, a great place to enjoy the atmosphere, but I’d go with more realistic expectations on the food front.

While the buffet dinner was ok, there was nothing really impressive about it. Overall the food was only average, i did expect more from a restaurant in hotel chain like Grand Hyatt.

While the quality of food was excellent, the service was rather sloppy. Not expected from a Hyatt property. On the sidelines, since the lunch was for celebrating a birthday, a promised Birthday cake never came. Compliments to the chef's for a wide range of excellent dishes.
