Except for the fact that there was no bathroom here, I liked everything about this place. Ofcourse, there are washrooms in Lulu mall, so that's enough. I liked the flat prices that I saw for the first time in McDonalds. The taste was as usual. KFC is better when it comes to taste I think.

Good food, somehow on menu items look cheaper but as it is billed bill shows a more expensive balance. 80% of the items are good, but more improvements can be done to meet the intl standards.

Chicken wrap was different in taste from their chennai outlets.taste was fine May be some internal reoson behind this.And not optional medium and big size in there catagory.

McDonalds as always is a good spot for a quick byte while in Lulu. The service is fast and the food is pretty decent. Tried the Maharaja Mac and American Cheese Burger Supreme. The bun was whole wheat which really appeal to me at first but it kinda grows on you. Me having had burgers from McDs outside India am really disappointed with the standard that they provide in India. Hopefully this will change and they will stick to a global standard. But the burgers as a whole are good. the fries also are pretty decent.

Mixed Experience at McDonald's: Good Burger, Odd Cheese Situation" I recently tried the burger at McDonald's, and while the patty was delicious, I was surprised to find there was no cheese, only mayonnaise. What struck me as odd was that the small 6 Dhs burger at the Abu Dhabi outlet included cheese. It left me questioning the consistency across outlets. Overall, a good burger, but the cheese discrepancy was unexpected.

There is no need to introduce anyonce to McDonalds and how good they are in terms of burgers. I have always been a fan of their McSpicy chicken burger and end up ordering it most of the time. But recently we ordered an American Cheese supreme burger and it turned out to be really good. I suggest everyone to try it out for a change.

Love their mcswirl. The burgers are just ok. But their desserts are a must try. Also their newly opened beverages section is a must try, they serve great coffees and drinks.

I visited macdonald lulu kochi on 18/09/2020 evening. Most of the items on menu were not available and staff was not interested to take order.she was not explaining what was available.She ordered as her wish. Staff behavior was very rude

Items were missing and only refund option was available. I had to reorder the missing items. Poor service and hopefully they will survive this mediocre response

Staff is too arrogant. They don't tell you the price. I had very bad experience. Automatic menu has bugs. It shows 178 and charges 350
