Amazing ambience,nice food but a bit too expensive. Will come again for the view. Service was okay . People were friendly. Loved the dragon chicken and chilly beef

Nice place, rates are good and best part was Paneer Butter Masala. View is awesome. Menu is small. Bread range is limit to Kerala paratha and Chapati only.

Have been here long time before. Had the opportunity to visit this place for some dinner this new year on 31st 2018. Couldnt find space on the rooftop so came downstairs to their hotel for dinner. The place seems okay cosy and comfortable yet the food is simply just okay. The porotta is quite good and big in size. Fried rice is balanced. Could not try the buffet because it did not have much vegetarian options. However will visit again to post some photos.

Mercy is not just a bar. Its more of a feeling. Been drinking here for years but its the first time I am reviewing about them. They have two resto bars, one enclosed AC bar and the other is roof garden. Both have its own perks even though I prefer the roof bar personally. We have tried their Chicken 65 and Chilli chicken and both are okay dishes. The ambience is so peaceful and relaxing and I think every one in Kochi should try it out once.

The best ambience in the whole of Kochi City service is a little slow and can improve way more when it comes to being courteous. Food is Average not that great. But the view from the rooftop restaurant is absolutely mesmerizing. Been here every time I am in Kochi

Not quiet the way I expected. Very slow service. Slow means they don't have enough waiters or they don't pay attention to your orders I don't know. But I m quiet unhappy with the service. Their complementary mixture which they give with drinks is quiet good. But the things or food they make in kitchen is quiet disgusting. Masala papad was not made crispy and was oilly Masala peanut was not mixed properly and no chat or salt was sprayed on it. Even the bill took more than 15minutes to come so I went on the counter to pay and what I saw? Bill is not even printed yet Absolute disgusting service. But a very good rooftop garden experience
