First had it for our hospital passout lunch.. you guys make an excellent stew.. let it be chicken or mutton.. chicken fried rice was a class apart.. 5/5

I ordered chicken tandoori 3 time.first time it's okay,but second time when I had the food.i got vomitting tendancy.not good

The worst restaurant in Kochi! Arrogant and ignorant staff. Super slow in serving and responding. Staff doesn’t have a clue about the type of food being served. They think everything they are digital and menu doesn’t load easily and the menu is deceptive. Don’t get deceived by the pictures. Their software that takes relays orders to the kitchen is a mess and they know it but would never cross check. We have keep following up for each item and after their ignoring tactics when the finally reach the kitchen another 30 minutes is lost and you would be still waiting. The manager was also clueless about the menu. You have to accept what they serve without any questions. If your raise a concern then they give you the most stupid replies or act deaf and arrogant. For whatever they are projecting, and the prices they charge it’s a waste of time and money. Food is worthless, chef is clueless and a very bad dining experience!

Went MRA for car dining. I'll quote the pros and cons Cons 1. Staff behaviour was really pathetic 2. No staff are friendly or welcoming. Felt like we went there for free food 3. Hygiene - The place looks so unhygienic and some people were smoking in the premise. No staff will discourage them. 4. The whole surrounding of restaurant feels like a public bus stand. Really Pros 1 Nothing as much for a restaurant like MRA

Food was always average. I happened to take 2 of my colleagues to this place and after entering the restaurant I was asked to wait outside just before spotting a table saying that there are tables only for 6 people and they might loose customers if some drops by. Is this the standards of Northern Keralites hospitality never seen this there.

Waste of money.. they charge high price for their food.. but the food is not good.. below average. Their biriyani is utter waste because the rice is not cooked well. And their alfaham is also a waste of money.. and the staffs are also very rude in behaviour..

One of my friend suggested this place, I went to restaurant with lot of expectation. I bought 3 chicken biriyani for 651rs and the quality of the food is not up to the level. The meat is not cooked properly- very bad experience.

I have ordered food through zomato and the food I got was totally different from they shown in the pictures. Food quality is pathetic and its not fresh.

Sharvarma quality has gone too low , meat taste like it's not fresh .............and alfam has no taste at all not grilled properly

The quantity of food is very less and high price .. Not at all satisfied . Kindly increase the quantity for the price.
