I was surprised by the prices and the services offered for that price. They don't leave their guests disappointed with anything... The host that we have, unfortunately doesn't remember his name but he was so professional and kind and knew everything that needs to be taken care of if.

We had a pretty terrible experience here. We were served food and drinks and while in the process of eating it a security guard felt it was alright to come up to our table (we had Malayalam speakers in our group) and yell at us for staying too late and he couldn’t go home. (It was maybe 12:00 am) I had a group of 12 and paid upwards of 20K to these people. It was a horrible experience for all the members of my group who come from Bangalore where we can’t imagine being treated this way at any type of restaurant. It was completely unpardonable. If you are used to Bangalore’s level of hospitality, service and kindness avoid this place.
