Over a period of time several ethnic cuisine restaurants have mushroomed all along the county; some shut shop while some survived. However it's sad to see places which you liked once upon a time going down the drains. Biryanis are too dry nowadays, cleanliness has gone out of the window and the total lack of apathy from the staff! What more do you want?

Quality of the food is good but the order is delivered to the table after a massive delay (had to cancel couple of main course dishes due to delay). The conduct of the waiter wasn't pleasant either. Disappointing experience

Naadan chicken curry with chiratt putt and idiyappam alongwith tea. The chicken curry was good, the idiyappam was too small and the tea was not that great

Tried their chicken biryani and it was below average..biryani lacked any flavors..won’t be buying anything soon from here..

First there are lots of confusions on parking and so the customer has to wait 15 mins plus know where the parking is. Abnormal sound of drilling at lunch time in the toilet. when asked to stop drilling, each person disappears. finally after 30mins you are directed upstairs, where there is no one to serve , no spoons on the table, abnormal delays.. Overall bad management of a decent brand by inexperienced staff scaring customers away. Overall a very bad experience . Not fair to the owner who invested for this..

I had ordered Veg kurma, veg stew and paneer pollichathu with a special instruction to not add any sugar or sweet sauces in any of the dishes since my parents are diabetic. The restaurant surprising added sugar in all 3 dishes. they weren't tasting wow as well. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. We will never order from this restaurant again. A COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY!!! Tasted the dishes and threw them into the dustbin, so no photos to share.

I brought a biriyani for 260rs from palaaram.It was the worst one that I ve ever had ,spice was moderate but there was no flavors or masala it felt like plain rice, the chicken tasted flavorless no spice,no salt nothing .we had to waste the food because we brought 8 biriyani's and none of us wanted to eat.tThe quantity was very less as well.

Ordered friedrice and Paneer Masala .. expected Palaram quality and was very disappointed.. Food here used to be very good but quality and taste is really bad.. Paneer gravy didnt have any taste and felt very watery.. Very disappointing

Both the food and service were disappointing. We waited a long time for our order, but when it arrived, it wasn’t what we expected.

Pathetically slow service. Didn't have time to wait and taste, took parcel after 45 minutes.
