Really liked the Appam, wheat porotta, beef curry and the super duper Rafaello pudding which u get only on Saturdays or something 😌 The Nadan chicken curry had a good gravy, however, we did not even get 1 piece of meat from ANY of the pieces. What kind of a Naadan kozhi was that? 😂 They changed the gravy but that was too diluted and did not go well with either the Appam or Porotta.

Absolutely pathetic service as there is only one person attending to around 10 tables and he never bothered to pour water unless asked him to. Never came to take order until we called him for. Had ordered Kerala Porotta and egg roast, Kerala Porotta was one of the worst i ever tried, uncooked unbeaten and thick Porotta. And egg roast was just onion caramalised added with some masala absolutely tasteless! The waiter never bothered to ask whether we want something else inspite of restaurant not being very busy! And the Egg roast was served in a soup bowl, it was cold! Only plus side is absolutely fresh interiors!

I ordered biriyani and i got recieved in terrible condition. the salad packed badly and the salad water is all over my cloth. pls care on the packaging

Had always noticed the place but found it surprisingly less crowded. Foolishly thought that I had found a hidden gem. Went in for breakfast, found the menu to be expensive. Rs. 160 for 2 Appam and Egg Roast (2 eggs). They charge 30 rupees for an extra egg. Nevertheless, I ordered. What if it might just be the best Appam and Egg Roast I’ve had. Well, it wasn’t. Couldn’t be more subpar. What should be crispy edges of the Appam were not even stiff and made me wonder if they had just warmed it up for me. Can’t confirm about that but what I can confirm is that it wasn’t great. Also, to the management, I’m sure you invested a lot of money on this restaurant, you should also invest some money in a good waiter/cashier, cause the rude one you have right now would definitely make sure that no one visits again. I know I sure won’t. Your employees are the face of the restaurant and it’s always better to be greeted with kindness rather than arrogance.

Terrible.. the first time I dined in, the food came over 40 minutes late. And the excuse... oh we had too many orders! The second time we avoided the dine-in and instead chose to pick up our food. This time they gave us our food in a sealed bag and reconfirmed with them verbally that all the items were there. Went home and at dinner time realised that they didn't include 1 item. On contacting them, whilst they were receptive and offered to deliver, had a tough time getting them to get our location as their numbers were maxed out. Finally after giving manual directions, they turned up at 10pm. Hence extremely disappointed with both our experiences and giving a 1 rating. May try again (if they are the only option) and provide further review if things improve. I should have seen the reviews here before opting to try this place!

Worst experience ever!!! The staff here just take order for the sake of doing it. Very careless! I ordered dragon chicken yesterday for dine in and got Gobi Manchurian instead of it. Also for the dessert, I ordered 1 pineapple juice and 2 coffee for which they served 2 pineapple juice and 1 coffee. 2 months back i had a similar experience for takeaway where in I found that 1 item was missing when I reached home. Even though the payment was taken, item was missing. One mistake happens due to human error but when this get's repeated always, we cant keep quiet. So go there at your own risk I would say!

We ordered mutton curry and mutton varattiyathu. Trust me was the worst mutton i ve ever had from kochi. Was uncooked. Very bad service. We were asked to pay for the bill much before the food items came. We asked for a cup of tea and took ages to arrive.

Pathetic customer service. People are so rude to customers. They also don’t give you updates. Waiting time is minimum 1 hour
