One of the better biriyani places in town. They serve long grain biriyani which has got good flavour and the meat is extremely tender. have tried both chicken as well as mutton biriyani from here and have to say that the mutton is better. They serve a date pickle with the biriyani which pairs really well with the dish. Have to say that this would easily be the best biriyani place in kakkanad.

Nothing more to say. One of my fav biriyani spots in kochi😉! Too much of awesomeness. The beef biriyani you get here is 🔥. So tender and the rice is of the best quality too. Another thing which striked me is, they have been maintaining the quality till date! Hands down guys and keep going 💓

Favorite biryani spot in Kakkanad. Unlike most places, they use long rice and that's probably what makes the pandari biryani stand apart. Also I found it less oily. The date pickle they serve along with the biryani complements the taste very well. Had tried only chicken.

Love the beef Biryani here. Unlike most places, they use long grain rice which is like a breath of fresh air. Otherwise, the Biryani is mild, flavorful and extremely satisfying. The meat is also cooked really well consistently. :)

Have you tried our Malabar chicken Biriyani in long-grain rice ?? If No, Pandari's is the ultimate destination for it. Pandari's was there in my wish list for long and finally, I got a chance to try their biriyani. I must say that Kochi is a one-stop destination to indulge in different types of biriyani. This eatery opens at 11:30 am on every day it goes till 10.30 pm with a short break after 3.30. I reached this place at around 4.30 pm. The restaurant was open and luckily I was able to grab a plate of chicken biriyani. Normally the restaurant will not be operative post 3:30 pm till 6:30 pm. They will start functioning officially after 6:30 pm for their dinner preparations. If anything cooked for the lunch is left they will provide to the customers who come after 3.30 pm. Its purely depending on the availability of the food items. ╫Menu: They don't have a wide range of items in their Menu Card. The eatery mainly emphasizes on their unique style biriyani popularly known as the Pandari's biriyani. Their menu card is as follows: Chicken Biriyani - 150 Mutton Biriyani - Rs 200 Beef Biriyani - Rs 140 Fish Biriyani - Rs 1200 Egg Biriyani - Rs 100 Veg Biriyani - Rs 100 Ghee Rice - Rs 90 Beef Roast - Rs 100 Chicken Fry - 110 Fresh Lime - Rs 25 ╫ Atmosphere: There is nothing much to say about the ambiance. It's a small eatery shop which has got 4-5 tables (not sure exactly though). The place was quiet when I made the visit as I was the only guest at that time. ╫ Service: The service was good and quick. ╫ Food: I opted for Chicken Biriyani as that was the only item left at that time. The biriyani was served along with salad and dates pickle as its accompaniments. The quantity of the biriyani was decent and it can easily fil one's tummy. The biriyani tasted like our normal Malabar biriyani and it contained 2 decent pieces of chicken in it. The highlight of the biriyani is that they would be using long grain rice. The amount of masala in it was also adequate and the taste was not that hot. The chicken pieces were well cooked and tendered. Overall I liked the biriyani. One of the good options in Kochi to indulge in a different style of Biriyani. We can hardly find shops in Kochi that use long grain rice to cook Malabar Biriyani. This eatery was worth trying for me. This eatery is located near to Infopark and it would be a good option for those who are looking to have a quick biriyani for their lunch.

After all the hype around pandari's biryani,i decided to order one for myself today. To say i m disappointed will be an understatement.... Lets list the pro's...Packaging is on point..I m not a date pickle lover, but this one had something that made me like it.And the delivery was quick...Well that is pretty much it.. It is a typical "malabar" style (as people say.)long riced biryani. The rice itself was bland with very very less gravy whatsoever. There were two small overcooked pieces of chicken.,a salad and a good date pickle..The biryani was priced at 165 excluding delivery charges which is a little expensive for a biryani of this range.Quantity was ok ok..they specialise in biryani and with this price..this experience was far below average. The 3 stars are for their delivery time, packaging, pickle
