always the best place in Ernakulam for desserts... the best.... not just for pastries but all types of desserts and snacks.... but yess the pastries are always the highlight.... it will always be my personal favourite forever..... they still have the old charm of the old Pandal.... its the best....

Best cupcakes at a reasonable price. ❤❤❤ it was soft and melting ❤ chocolate cupcakes I bought were so yummy and had a very good chocolate magic in it 😍😍

Our go to place for all our pastries and small bites. It's a very small place where you can pick your pastry and takeaway. They have a reputation they have managed to keep up. Never had any complaints with the freshness or quality of the edibles.

The Cake tasted as good as it looked. The baker has a rustic style of her own and yet manages to deliver customized cakes of your taste. I managed to make someone very happy with a sugar beans cake for a surprise birthday gift. Thankyou.

Loved the cakes, home made chocolates etc,sadly they dont have pralines.The ambience is well-lit and beautifully maintained.Parking facility is a plus compared to other cake shops I visit.Good job Team Pandhal Cake Shop 😊

Their English Toffee cupcake and Chocolate dream cake are my favourites!! Kinda addicted that I have it almost every week. They have descent cakes and tarts! Expensive though.

Had the chocolate trufle cake and disappointing bcz i have had better chocolate cakes for much value fr money. The cake was not melt in mouth. My child had kiwi cake and she took one bite, saved rest for me. Children truly are best crtitiques.

We bought a few pastries yesterday after reading some reviews and we were so highly disappointed....the famous blueberry cheesecake tasted stale...the biscuit base was too thin and soggy..the blueberry topping was hardly visible and the cheesecake which should have melted in my mouth was struggling to go down my alimentary canal due to its dense texture..the butterscotch pastry had some weird aftertaste suggestive of old stock...furthermore when we complained to them the manager Bernadette refused to accept...asked to return the remaining pastries and decided to refund after sending the pastries back to their "Lab" to confirm whether our taste buds are telling the truth or not. So much for customer service!!!! Frankly the bakery next to them "Navya" has amazing pastries and on that fateful day they were out of stock ( no wonder...cuz they have amazing stuff) hence we decided to try out Pandal....our bad luck !!!

Ordered a tart and NO! The tart crust CANNOT BE chunky and thick! I just ate the filling and left the tartbase right there! Wonder what the hype is all about, that this place gets! I want to try something else on the menu; after this bad taste left; perhaps not
