Had a beautiful gobsmacking brisket paired along with the fresh brioche, mac n cheese and a kombucha. Best brisket I've had till date. But to top it all, every single staff I encountered was so friendly!! Ambience was also very cozy. Would highly recommend this place.

This is the best place for foreign-style beef brisket and pork belly. Very well made. The cost seemed high to us initially. but the food is very filling for the value that we get.

Smoke Culture by Steve, Kochi – A One-Time Experience I visited Smoke Culture by Steve in Kochi yesterday after hearing a lot of hype about the place. The drive itself took around 40 minutes, and when I reached, I was informed that the waiting time before even parking could be up to an hour. Thankfully, after politely speaking with the staff managing the queue for a table of two, I got in within 15–20 minutes. 🅿️ Parking & Waiting Experience Parking was a bit cramped, but I managed to find a spot in the nearby lot. The waiting area, however, was thoughtfully arranged. There were seats, fans, and even a guitar to keep people comfortable while they waited. The staff handled the queue systematically and respectfully, calling people in the correct order without favoritism. Despite noticing several empty tables inside, they still ensured fairness for those already waiting, which I appreciated. 🍽️ Ambience & Service Once seated, the ambience really stood out. The place had a warm Christmas vibe, soft rock music playing in the background, and an overall cozy atmosphere. The staff was polite and informative, especially when it came to explaining the menu. Since I don’t eat beef, they clearly mentioned that their tallow fries are fried in beef oil, which I respected. Unfortunately, their goat dish was out of stock that day. 🥩 Food & Pricing We ordered: Pork Belly – ₹700 Pork Ribs – ₹800 Chicken Wings – ₹550 All items were served together on a single tray with bread and pickles. For drinks, we had 7Up Tropical and Diet Pepsi, priced at ₹200 each (imported). GST was charged separately on both food and drinks, which increased the final bill. The total came to ₹2617. 📉 Portion Size vs Price This is where the experience became disappointing. For the amount charged, the portion sizes were quite small: 3–4 pieces of pork belly 2 ribs 3 wings Considering the long wait, high expectations, and premium pricing, the quantity simply didn’t feel justified. ⭐ Food Ratings (Personal) Wings: 4/5 Ribs: 3/5 Pork Belly: 2/5 I’ve had better ribs elsewhere, and the pork belly didn’t meet the standard I was expecting from such a hyped place. 💬 Feedback & Final Thoughts The staff was open to feedback and handled it politely, which is commendable. What I loved: Ambience Service Politeness of staff Organized waiting system What I didn’t: Portion size Value for money Food quality vs expectations 🧾 Final Verdict Smoke Culture by Steve is a great place for ambience and service, but the food-to-price ratio doesn’t do justice to what you pay. It’s worth visiting once to experience the vibe, but I personally wouldn’t recommend repeat visits unless the portion sizes improve. Overall, more hype than substance.

The food is alright. We particularly enjoyed their fries. But unfortunately, the food was served in cheap recyclable paper plates. Felt like we were eating KFC. The food deserves better cutlery. The wait time was also very long. Overall, a mid experience

They do not accept Zomato payment. Dont go expecting to get the zomato offer. Food was overpriced for the portion they serve. Pretty normal taste as well. Not worth a second visit.
