This is the worst situation i have been in Zomato what are you doing Span international is not accepting any gold and they are still on Zomato gold...me being a tourist at Kochi.. this is pathetic condition i have ever been in...and i have been waiting for a while for the confirmation although there are comments below from last 6months ago... #zomatogold #zomato...this is the service you are giving to zomato gold users....proud of you...and being one of the biggest hotels in kochi...span international you are not taking any action and troubling your customers...... pathetic..#zomatoshame

They dint give us the zomato gold privilege although this is mentioned in the list of gold restaurant. Very disappointing for us. They dint give any valid reason for that. They were telling that they stopped zomato gold. I don't recommend this hotel.

If they are not accepting Zomato gold then why are they even on the list..? The place looks good, but when they said they are not accepting gold we got off..
