Review based on college days in 2014 Beef is a sensitive topic in Rest India. But for Keralites beef is not just a food , its an emotion. Sree Muruga cafe is small food place where you will get nice Pazhampori (Banana fritters) and Beef fry. Sounds Crazy right ? When I heard from my friend about this I also thought twice. How it will be ? After trying this combo I just loved it. Its a mandatory food place in Kochi to try this lovely combo. 2nd Time Visit in 2023 Taste got little compromised for banana fritters, may be trying after years. They got expanded the outlet space. Now more seatings and upstair family dining available

Loved visiting this Cafe and enjoyed their special beef and banana fry combination. Perfectly riped banana, fried with crispiness. Dipping it with the beef is just a heavenly feel for your taste budd's. Loved it and I rate it 5 on 5

This place is famous for its one of a kind combination of "Banana Fry and Beef Roast". This resembles a small chaayakada, which is frequently visited by foodies to try out this weird combination. The banana was aptly fried and little sweet and the beef roast was spicy. The moment you take your first dip of banana with beef an explosion of flavors happens in the mouth. Its a must try dish. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but still what's wrong in giving a try. NS: Parking is limited. Hygiene might be an issue for some. cleanliness is average

I liked the food from here, i heard that this cafe is famous for Beef and Payam Poori (Banana Fry) combination and after several visits i was able to know the taste it. But i suggests that payam poori and Beef combination is okay but i am not fully satisfied. Tea from here is very good. I do recommend this cafe.  One problem is the parking space only road side parking is available.

It’s a crazy combination for outsiders. The Legendary Pazham pori and Beef. I must say this, This place have the best Beef roast I ever had. I’m actually from Lakshadweep island and this place gives me the nostalgic vibes of the beef get from there

Had Pazhamporii and Beef from this place. Not bad the Pazhamporii was so good and about the beef roast it was bit spicy. Don’t think it’s a good combination. For a different try it’s good

Banana fritters and beef.......yeeees....... This is the only reason me and my wife directly traveled from Ernakulam junction to this cafe. This is a small tea shop as same as you see around Kerala. They have puttu, appam, porotta, vada, kadala curry etc. Pretty descent ambience and taste.

Worst experience as they declined order after lot of time. Why can’t they update the menu reflecting the actual availability?
