I had a great experience at the Starbucks outlet in Edapally, Kochi. The standout for me was the Mediterranean Focaccia sandwich—it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted and had a great texture, while the filling was flavorful and fresh. Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had at any café. The service was excellent. The staff were polite, quick, and attentive without being overbearing. Everything felt smooth and efficient, from placing the order to receiving it. The ambience also deserves a mention. The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It’s a great place to sit down with a coffee, catch up with a friend, or even get some work done. Overall, I was really happy with the food, service, and vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll return to!

Nice customer service. The recommended drink done by Gopika was too good I like it and also she suggested a reusable cup for me . Overall the service and ambience was perfect

we tried their signature caramel Frappuccino and it was good. The strong one was good, the light was not quite good. The peri peri fries tasted really good. too expensive though. we went on that 50% off day, and still the bill was Rs. 1323 for five caramel Frappuccinos and one peri peri fries.

The service was nice but they took 600 rupees from us for 300 rupees cappuccino later they said we will return the money but its been 10 months still they didn't returned it. We had this experience from kochi lulu mall
