I ordered the 7 layer burrito and I honestly thought it would be a fail. But omg it was so good. I’ve had the original chipotle burrito before and this almost tasted the same. And the portion size is also good. I’m very satisfied.

They have quite a few things on their menu but almost all of are below average if compared to their international counterparts. Even the staff is not well trained and are mostly unaware of various types of different sauces, dips and basic things like sour cream. My favorite dish there is their Naked Chicken Taco. It's not value for money but it tastes very good and refreshing. Being a Mexican themed fast food joint, they do have a lot of vegetarian food choices, especially rolls, tacos, cheese and nachos and some salads too.

Taco Bell has been my absolute favourite over the years. But, the outlet in Lulu Mall keeps disappointing. The tomatoes in my Crunchy Taco were SPOILT and the cheesy fries portion is almost non-existent for my money's worth. Please be aware 🥰

During my visit to Taco Bell this evening, I took advantage of the Zomato Gold offer, which promised a 50% flat discount on individual items. However, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. Firstly, the offer only applied to individual items, excluding combos, which I was fine with. However, the problem arose when they rejected numerous individual items for the offer, creating confusion and frustration. This was particularly disappointing as it was the 4th or 5th time I had visited Taco Bell, with the last visit being approximately a year ago. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked by the notably reduced portion sizes compared to my previous visits. The quesadilla wrap, priced at 200 rs, was disappointingly thin – almost like a sheet of paper. This significant decline in quantity did not align with my past experiences and left me unsatisfied with the value for money. Moving on to the service aspect, it was subpar at best. With only one staff member handling orders, the efficiency was compromised. The delay in serving drinks was noticeable, and only after multiple requests were they finally brought to the table. Normally, drinks are served promptly, given their refillable nature. However, this time, they were served last, further contributing to the overall dissatisfaction. Moreover, the absence of tissues on the tables added an extra inconvenience. It's the attention to these small details that contributes to the overall dining experience, and unfortunately, it was lacking during my recent visit. In conclusion, my visit to Taco Bell was marred by issues ranging from the misapplication of the discount offer to reduced portion sizes and subpar service. I hope the management addresses these concerns to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future patrons.

We ordered the three 7 layer burritos, but it only had rice, tomato and just a few pieces of chicken. The burritos were missing the pico de gallo, beans and most of the chicken. Rice bowl had all the components, but it took 50 minutes. When we complained, we received three properly made burritos with all the ingredients as compensation, but the experience was sadly less than satisfactory. We shouldn’t have to argue to get what we actually ordered and paid for.

I was here yesterday evening and the staff refused to accept payment via the zomato app. He told me to add individual items if I wanted to pay via Zomato. When I pointed that this would make the bill much higher, he said he can't do anything about it. I was here multiple times before but it was certainly a frustrating experience yesterday.
