Another team lunch made me visit this place... it is super spacious with a cool ambience and the buffet arranged was so delicious. We had good time . Ambience, food and environment everything was perfect.

Been there with office colleagues. The food was yummy, ambience the best you can find in this part of the country and the service was a liitle bit slow. In all a good place to have a quiet drink

Beautiful setting with intricate woodwork on the doors and the decor! Ambience is quite calm and the setting with high chairs and sofas is great. We had the double pork and the fish fry dishes which were decent. Staff is always available and quite quick.

We went to The Bar and found the menu and decor lovely. We ordered vegetarian bao, Vietnamese summer rolls and double fried pork. The Double Fried Pork in particular was really good! However, we were disappointed when the bao dish we ordered didn't turn up for nearly an hour after ordering. When the server came to ask for our final orders, we reminded him about the bao and it was clear he had forgotten. Given that it was nearly closing time, the dish was obviously unavailable. Hardly the kind of service we expect from an establishment of this nature.

They charged me 2 separate bills for the food and alcohol. Only the food bill had a 50% off. And when I confronted the Manager regarding why he didn’t inform me pre hand he said that it was my responsibility to ask him about the hotel policy I found this practice highly unethical because I visited the place only because of their 50% discount and if I knew that they would charge me a bill for 2 different restaurants, I wouldn’t have visited. Please stop duping customers by adding a bar menu on Zomato when clearly you do not serve alcohol from the same restaurant Really Pathetic Experience for brand like Novotel!!!!!

They add service charge in the name of so called discretionary service charge without even asking the customer. They removed it when I questioned them. Not only this, I ordered Mad mango and they gave me virgin coloda. They replaced it later. Overall bad experience. Not visiting again.
