I ordered a cheese strawberry waffle through zomato, and it came burnt. their phone numbers go unanswered, and I had to not eat the waffle and ultimately succumbed when it dawned on me that i would buy from the beligian Waffle Co. anymore. what I CAN do though, is to tell friends about my experience.
