The ingredients except ice-cream used is okay. It seems local cheap one which smells the artificial flavor of some medicine. If you want more repeated customers use some quality branded ice cream.

Ordered two falooda and they serve two of same . Disappointed with the falooda. As it not reached the expectation. Can improve little bit...

I have ordered 2 different falooda from "The I've cream factory" what happened next is total disappointment, they have mentioned fruits and samiya and everything in the description but nothing was there what we had is just a shake and both the shake taste like the same, I would say taste like shit. I have spent 379 on this order. Very very bad service, it's kind of cheating.Never experienced the same before from any of the restaurants.

Can never be polite and friendly for this order. the french kiss sunday i ordered today was the worst ive had in my entire life. First of all tgere was not atleast a spoon inside the cover. When opened, it was like bland veg kurma in icecreams with just lots of pineapple and pappaya in it. The fruits too seemed like not fresh

I ordered Malabar falooda He mention tender coconut ice cream +fresh fruit +semiya ect But I got only some frozen fruits + vanilla ice cream Don't order Malabar falooda it's horrible

They think dry fruit salad is something a scoop of ice cream and adding some tooty fruity with corn flakes is so called dry fruit salad which will cost you 135 with delivery charge.

I ordered Alphonso mango scoop with offer..but the restaurant delivered me a normal vanilla scoop with yellow color.this happened to me 3 times..very poor service..
