We had been to the Square on Women's day evening for dinner and it was a delightful experience ☺️ We had the Dinner buffet and the spread was amazing. Ms.Suhasini, Ms. Reena and Chef Vivek made us feel at home and were very warm and cordial in their interactions. 🥰 We look forward to visit soon again.

Food and service was great. The restaurant was amazing. This low rating is because District disappointed me because of the following 2 reasons: 1. I was offered a coupon of 300 which I availed at the time of payment but I was shockingly charged 289 as offer handling fee. It felt like complete scan. I was never informed on the app about this value of the charge. Felt like a complete rip off. 2. There was a mention of Free Friendship Day specials, did not find any thing special in the entire experience other than the expected and usual hospitality by the restaurant. I expected District would have planned something special on Friendship Day.

They charged me 2 separate bills for the food and alcohol. Only the food bill had a 50% off. And when I confronted the Manager regarding why he didn’t inform me pre hand he said that it was my responsibility to ask him about the hotel policy I found this practice highly unethical because I visited the place only because of their 50% discount and if I knew that they would charge me a bill for 2 different restaurants, I wouldn’t have visited. Please stop duping customers by adding a bar menu on Zomato when clearly you do not serve alcohol from the same restaurant Really Pathetic Experience for brand like Novotel!!!!!

Went for buffet lunch last Friday and it was a very disappointing experience. Not only was the spread very limited but the dishes were not at all tasty inspite of being regular items cooked at home. Definitely not worth the price.

Pathetic food and pathetic people in the management. Worst experience ever. Chef Mr Rajneesh kumar doesnt know his job and Manager on duty is completely unaware if you seek for any help. Going to escalate even further.

The food quality was disappointing, especially considering it is a 5-star hotel.
