Good food. Service could have been better. We were not presented enough dish options, when requested. For a restaurant claiming to serve gourmet food, this was a big downer.

The food was excellent however brought our overall experience down. The staff was more in a rush to clear the plates and to bring the bill. Clearing the plates while we were still in the middle of the meal. And to add to this- not getting the correct order as well. Kindly improve your hospitality. This was not what I expected specially when out with family.

'Beef vaazhayilayil pollichathu' and 'Border chicken' were awful. 'Kingfish Nirvana's, parottas and appams lived up to the name.

Food, taste and quantity can be improved. Meals are bare minimum and not worth second visit.

We were a party of 10 adults, with 6 children and 1 toddler. got delayed by literally 2 minutes because the lift was slow and the girl at the counter argued saying that our reservation time is up. so we had to wait another 15 minutes with 6 hungry and cranky children. on getting a table, they took time to give us plates. they took time to refill water. they took 20 minutes each for every order placed. the staff was always huddled together discussing instead of serving people. terribly disappointing service.

Yesterday we had food from this restaurant and one of the dishes was so bitter taste and we complained about it. But sadly no one taken care of our concern. So sad, quality of service needs to be improved.

Poratta was so pathetic for35rs and Karimeen nirvana, it’s gravy was nice but fish is not that fresh .appam was great biryani ok So kindly give good poratta

Food wasn’t good. Delays and non availability of food cause lot of time loss. Cancelld multiple items and reordered. Not happy with food basically after lot of wait.
