Poratta was so pathetic for35rs and Karimeen nirvana, it’s gravy was nice but fish is not that fresh .appam was great biryani ok So kindly give good poratta

Had a genuinely terrible experience at the restaurant. I ordered just two dishes, a chicken biriyani and a paalkappa fish curry combo, around 1:45 PM, and the food was served only at 2:48 PM. An hour-long wait for such a basic order is simply unacceptable, especially from a restaurant carrying the Chef Pillai name and reputation. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of coordination and professionalism from the staff. Nobody seemed to know what was happening, and every time I enquired about the delay, I was met with vague responses or indifference. A delay can still be managed if the staff communicates properly and treats customers with some level of attentiveness, but that was entirely missing here. In fact, it was obvious from the conversations around me that several other customers were equally frustrated with the service. The most disappointing part was that the food itself did not justify the wait in any way. Having visited two other Chef Pillai restaurant

There was some fight in the restaurant between staff and we had to wait for our order to be delivered. The food was served at their own choice. It was not only me who was complaining, who were present from 1 30 pm to 4 pm had the same experience. The ambience was horrible than a street food shop. Pillai need to step in

The chicken curry tasted like ullikari. Beef stew tasted like vegetable stew. We were 4 and they gave 3 different type of glasses. We waited more than 30mins and then we had to tell them we need water and one more glass. Such a worst experience.

Ordered item was not provided. First they messed up and gave to another table I went personally and reminded and even after that food was not delivered. waited for over 45min and then only 3 out of 4 persons got food. very pathetic service

Food wasn’t good. Delays and non availability of food cause lot of time loss. Cancelld multiple items and reordered. Not happy with food basically after lot of wait.
