We went there using an offer from the District app and ordered worth ₹681.44, which included 8 pieces of fried chicken and other items. Instead of fried chicken, they deliberately gave wings. I clearly heard the staff telling another staff member to prepare 8 pieces of wings. Even after I reconfirmed, they said it was fried chicken. Later, while handing over the food, they said the pieces were small, so they gave 10 pieces. Customers are not fools. This was not free food, I paid for it. Very disappointing and dishonest service. Food is also not good. When we go with a specific offer, they will change the items accordingly.

after ordering I said payment is made through district app as there was offer ,they declined saying it's not accepted here.I said it's showing discount in your shop but they didn't accept saying they don't accept payments through district,very rude behaviour.

The food preparation area at the Lulu's mall outlet waswas so dirty..messy and unhygienic..the staff is also not attentive or well trained..food was so so too..
