I had a very disappointing experience at the Wow Momo outlet in Thoppumpady. The overall ambience was extremely poor. It was very hot and uncomfortable inside, and I was literally sweating while having my food. The hygiene standards were especially concerning. The toilet and hand-washing area are located together, right next to the dining/food area. The area was really dirty, and the toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell. Whenever the toilet door was opened, the smell spread directly into the dining area. I could actually smell the toilet while eating, which was extremely unpleasant and completely ruined the experience. The staff behaviour was also very unprofessional. They were busy teasing and joking with each other instead of maintaining a professional attitude in front of customers. The pricing is also not justified considering the quantity and quality. I paid ₹240 for just five pieces of momo, which I definitely did not find worth the price. To make matters worse, I experienced stomach discomfort after eating there. Another issue was the billing. Even after making the payment, I did not receive a proper bill or receipt. This is extremely disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. For a brand like Wow Momo, I expected much better standards in terms of hygiene, ambience, food quality, billing, and customer service. This experience was absolutely not worth the money. I hope the management seriously looks into the Thoppumpady outlet and takes appropriate action.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 egg chili oil noodles and 1 chicken chow mein through Swiggy, and right from the start, things felt off. First, the packaging was careless. Out of the three boxes, only two were properly sealed, while one was left open. That’s completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene. On top of that, the unsealed box had visibly less quantity, which just makes it worse. Now coming to the food—the issue wasn’t that it was bland, it was actually overly spicy, but that’s not even the main problem. The real issue was the quantity of actual ingredients. The egg chili oil noodles barely had any egg in them, and the chicken chow mein had very little chicken. It felt like I was just eating plain noodles with almost no proper toppings or content. Also, the ingredients aren’t clearly mentioned on Swiggy, which is frustrating because you expect transparency about what you’re paying for. Overall, the portion size was poor, the fillings were extremely less, and the whole experience felt like they were cutting corners. Definitely not worth the money
