This is my favourite restaurant in kolhapur city. They served taste food with sufficient quantity. I like all the dishes they served but my favourite is paneer nawabi handi, veg lollipop, beg manchurian, palak soup , bansuri sp veg, bansuri Special dum biryani , last but not the least is Basundi 🤩😍

the food quality is very nice. And the food is tasty too.But it costly otherwise the quality and tasty is very good. I'll order food next time from this restaurant because they had very nice taste

Awesome food with best quantities. Khana khao ungaliya chatate reh jao. Best service ever. And starters are mouthwatering 😋😋😋

Great food, nice service, we visited oftenly, paneer nawabi and Shahi basundi is so nice, great location also.

I was traveling from kokan to Mumbai via kolhapur, for dinner I was halt at Basuri restaurant earlier just by seeing outside view we get inside, hotel crew was judgemental. we were 6 people, still they denied combined seating by simply saying it's reserved but it was not. just by appearance they denied dine in. later we moved to different seats, what we ordered was attached below, I really don't like food taste but for the sake I had eat. serving waiter was throwing attitude, staff was rude not polite and judgemental. overall don't care about customer. we asked for repeating the starter but they denied on face. zero etiquettes. zero customer service. they said after 11 we close the restaurant and after 10 we close kitchen. but allow customer in to insult them, I think they are simply showing ruthless attitude kolhapur culture. I was disappointed with this😔. don't run restaurant if you don't feed to fullfill hunger of somebody who was actually in need. zomato team please do survey before onboarding such pathetic resturant into your platform. don't just build money, trust and transparency is so important.
