The place is awesome. enjoyed services and food. the hot chocolate brownie was fantastic. though due to renovation work, 32nd floor is not accessible. But that did not matter to us.

They said that the 32 floor was getting renovated and I booked it for birthday and specially booked it for the experience from rooftop. this information should have been available somewhere.

Very less food options. Food menu was of printed paper and in such minute font, very uncomfortable to read.

the outdoor was closed but not declared earlier... food is so limited ...only 1 page of menu and 18% gst taken and so much overpriced but food isn't satisfied

Pathetic experience at LIIT. The preparation and service were extremely disappointing. As per the package/deal, a welcome drink was supposed to be served, but we never received anything. Basic commitments should be honored, and unfortunately that was not the case. Very poor attention to guest experience.
