The hospitality was top notch. They served us the food and requested for repeat multiple times politely. The foods were absolutely delicious. We have tried their Basic Veg Thali with Bhetki Paturi and Chicken Thali. The portions were more than sufficient. Number of items were also good. Starting with Gondhoraj Ghol as welcome drink and ending with Malpoya in desert. Overall a super experience at affordable price.

The food quality can be improved. Considering this is one of the reputed places to eat Bengali cuisine in Kolkata, it is not up to the mark. The quantity of food needs to be improved. With its priced dishes, the quantity and quality does not match up.

The management or the lack thereof makes the experience extremely bitter. The ‘manager’ doesn’t know how long the waiting can be, no approximates either and this is his regular job! Shocking! The poor security has been put up to the task of managing a crowd waiting for their turn and has no answers to anyone’s questions other than sir will come soon. Left after waiting for an hour.

Subpar food, poor communication. Only thali options during Durga Puja (not disclosed on website). Non-veg thalis were bland, tasteless, and overpriced (₹2000) for 2 . believe it or not the only thing good in that thali was pineapple chatni. Roadside vendors offer better food at a fraction of the cost. will never visit here again.

Extremely poor service and rude behaviour of the staff ... After premtively mention for unlimited food I paid 1110 for the thali still restricted me to basic choice of pulao and rice ... Especially the waiters are quite rude about the fact

Very poor taste, and stale food. The mutton was so stiff and bitter that I only took a single bite, same for the prawn. The food wasn't fresh at all and below par. Total waste of money!

very bad service Many seats are empty at this restaurant and still there are they have given a congested seat over there and still there insist on me waiting 15 to 30 minutes,
