Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant near South City. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Bengali cuisine. Highly recommend!

This outlet is near to the Southcity mall. I visited with my friend. Overall experience was good. Good portion of food they served.

we ordered for Prawn thali, morog polao, mutton kasha. The thali was most ordinary in taste, nothing special. The size of the Prawns were small & taste was most mundane. The morog polao was a hoax, instead tasted like local biryani. Mutton kasha was good. overall, disappointing experience from a premium brand. Suggest avoiding this place.

Today, we went to this outlet of 6 Ballygunge Place Thali for our dinner and the experience was so disappointing that I did not waste any time to write this review. We ordered Mutton thalis, biriyani thali and luchi mangsho combo. I had been to their Ballygunge restaurant quite a few times, and with the similar expectation chose this outlet as it was closer to my home. But to my surprise, all the items were bland and tasteless. It was totally a waste of time and money for us. Even the staff supervisor or manager over there was not courteous. Served us limca, claiming that it was fresh lime soda. This is utter cheapness and it's surely going to tarnish the reputation and brand value of this restaurant. Would never recommend anyone to opt for this outlet...

Another disappointment at 6 Ballygunge place thali at Prince Anwar shah road outlet … The ground floor is completely empty … 2 large tables vacant upstairs yet the cust is asked to wait until an occupied table gets vacant and then he will be entertained. The manager is off and the captain is not available at the restaurant .. he’s gone somewhere … I have been asked to wait until he comes back. This is absolutely ridiculous and this is my last time.. I will have my experience flashed … last time also I was in Calcutta and reached out to you but I did not receive any response .. yet I am trying one last time to see if you respond…

It's been known that if been a busy schedule coz of Durga Puja. But the people in the entrance is uselessly argue and even forcing us to sit in a scoozy table where we r not comfortable and even they r treating us they r serve food at free of cost. The person who serve us is dumping the food on the table and saying sir finish sir finish. they need to give us tym to eat. and at last wen the billing part came the person is directly asking for tips. the food is oke taste. I would like to recommend the people not to visit the place. The staff need etiquite nd then they should work.

Earlier had excellent quality while visiting the restaurant.However during delivery through Zomato including today's delivery i.e. on 03.11.24, twice mutton kasha had no meat but only fat.Had to throw it away both times as I was unable to eat, despite giving written instructions of giving good meat portion both times.Not at all expected from such a brand.

I ordered Posto Bora. it Costed Rs 145 and what I got was 2 tiny aloo bora with little bit of Posto sprinkled on top. Also ordered Khejur Amsotto chutney, which was simply sugar syrup.

The quantity and quality of food was worse nothing as compared to other 6 Ballygunge places. Had a terrible experience would not suggest this outlet.

Too much over smartness by the service person. Not friendly at all. Today I have decided never to visit this outlet again. Disappointing!
