Such a beautiful experience! The ambience is warm, cozy, and thoughtfully done, the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and don’t want to leave. The lighting, music, and little details create the perfect vibe for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet coffee break. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. Every dish felt carefully crafted, and you can really tell they care about quality. The coffee was smooth and perfectly brewed, definitely one of the best I’ve had recently. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this café if you’re looking for great food, great coffee, and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again! 🤍☕️

7 Grams is a great place for coffee and food, with a noticeable attention to detail in everything they serve. The quality is consistent, the flavours are well thought out, and the overall experience feels carefully put together. What really stands out is the staff, they are genuinely attentive, patient with special requests, and very accommodating when it comes to order adjustments. It’s the kind of place where you feel listened to, which makes you want to come back.

Must visit place if you are in South Kolkata. Peaceful ambience and the food was delicious. Cons: We booked table for 3 via Zomato and it was not accepted during Bill Payment.

visited on the 1st of January, was told the rooftop area opens at 4 , waited till 4 , then they said the rooftop area won't be available as it was unorganised due to last night's party . This was disappointing . food was good tho , desserts need improvement .

I was there today, grabbed a tiramisu - was so bad. It had no sweetness, just sour, like cheesecake. We were so disappointed for the amount we paid. Was mascarpone even used? The ladyfinger was soggy, It felt like it wasn’t fresh at all.

I had really high hopes for 7 Grams Cafe, but the experience was honestly disappointing. The place looks nice from the outside, but the service was painfully slow—even though the café wasn’t crowded. We waited a long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When the food finally came, it was underwhelming. The taste was average at best, and for the price they charge, I expected much better quality and portion size.The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and we had to call them multiple times for basic things. The overall vibe felt more Instagrammable than actually comfortable or welcoming. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. There are much better cafés around that offer better food, quicker service, and a nicer experience overall. 😕

Very bad experience. I was charged 570 rs for a 10-inch pizza the size wasn’t even mentioned on the menu otherwise wouldn't have ordered. The pizza tasted bad, and the crust didn’t seem freshly made at all. When I questioned the price, the staff said they needed to “check with the manager.” The manager was standing right there, yet no one took accountability. I even asked to speak to the manager, but nothing was resolved. disappointing food and poor service, the cafe was empty literally when we asked for check, they made us wait for 20 mins. Would not recommend ordering food from here if you are visiting

Very pretty cafe, the roadside outdoor seating and the rooftop seating area is so beautiful. But the decor is probably the only good thing about the cafe! The food is just average. Visited this cafe on 25th December 2025. Ordered Tempura Chicken Sandwitch which was decent in taste, but definitely not worth the price they are charging for a simple sandwitch! God's Heaven Chocolate Cake was an absolute disaster, the cake was simply rock solid, not the usual soft gooey chocolate cake that you can have at a number of cafes and bakeries across the city! Definitely not going back.

Not at all vibing even after requesting for the lights they didn’t switched on the lights and we had sit in the dark the food was also not good and staffs were very unprofessional and we were provided with a handwritten bill
