I've recently visited this place to celebrate my friend's birthday. We tried some meals that were delicious and their service was well too. Here's employees are really friendly.

Fresh and best quality 👌.....I also like pineapple cake ..Birthday Special cake ..Decoration of the cake is unique. I would always prefer for Birthday Cake.

chocolate truffle cake was very different looking than the picture.. taste was superb and the packaging was very good.. they also follow all the instructions..

I just got home with two cupcakes from them. One was chocolate and the other one was red velvet. The chocolate one was fine but the red velvet one has fungus in it. Upon letting the staff know one of the girl told that it is milkmaid And the guy on the counter told I cannot do anything about it. I was addressing my concern n he chose to disconnect the call right on my face. And he also said call cut krne ke phle out of frustation " Arey yaar ". Was one of their loyal customer since years but the way the staff responded to their own mistake is highly unprofessional. Owner should do something for his/her staff. The staff needs to be taught some ettiquetes to deal with customers politely.

Since the past two times, whatever I have got is stale. I got a cake and went home and when we cut it and ate it it was so old and hadgot so hard and it tasted to so bad it was as if I felt I would die if I ate it. Then I got a bread the day before yesterday and one corner of the bread was literally black and it had fungus on it. It was stinking from far only. How can someone not check something and give it to me? I could have dies if I had even a si gle bite from that. I have been buyung cakes and stuff since so many years now from there but I will never myself put my foot in that store not let anyone close to me too. I hope you also understand how dangerous it is to eat anything from there

Fraud people!! Zero ethics!! Never buy from this store!! Birthday Cake order was falsely marked delivered by zomato delivery person...we spoke to manager at the restaurant and asked him to keep it with him bcoz zomato is not going to refund us bcoz of their bad policies also we asked zomato representative to speak to these people and they agreed but then when we're about to collect, these fraud people said that they have given it to zomato delivery guy...i lost both money and order Fraud store
