I ordered a cup of cappuccino. The taste was quite good & price was reasonable. The size of the coffee cup was good. The server was in good behaviour.

New Year’s morning was well spent with delectable sandwiches and pour-over coffee. The service was commendable, and the ambiance equally delightful. The only downside was that the sandwich bread was quite chewy, which made it less appetizing. The café is always bustling with people, thanks to its excellent food and service—a testament to its popularity. However, if you’re like me and prefer a quieter, more serene café experience to enjoy your coffee and sandwich at leisure, I’d recommend visiting during the early hours or choosing a less crowded spot.

It was a pleasant experience.. The smell of the coffee attracts.. They have outside seating area (smoking zone) and inside seating area .. The staffs are courteous.. Foods tasted nice and the coffee was amazing..

I had a lot of expectations from this cafe but was majorly disappointed. I understand the place is small and it can be a little overwhelming for the staff to handle customers but the least they can do is be courteous. Since there were a few influencers, they seemed more keen on serving them. They were least bothered about taking the order. The cafe disappointed me with their food and coffee too. To say the least, I have tasted better coffee in the same area. We ordered pizza with the coffee, only to realize it was nothing but two slices of sandwich bread with pizza toppings. I am surely not visiting this cafe again.

Very very disappointed with the abject of professionalism of the staff here ! I have ordered coffee for 2 through zomato online food delivery app , and was under the impression that since I haven’t heard anything from them the order shall be delivered soon and kept an eye for updates. The delivery partner had also reached the establishment to collect the order. But after 45 minutes of ordering when it has already been significantly delayed, the cafe had a spark of conscience and decided to inform that they cannot deliver the coffee due to issues with their espresso machine. I was offered nitro brew which is deplorable. Never had such horrible experience at 8th Day Cafe ever since the brand was introduced to me. I think all good things come to an end. So does a dependable establishment like 8th Day’s customer relations as well. Ms. Chandi , the person who had communicated to me on behalf of the establishment, is possibly the most uncooperative and insensitive person I have ever come across in hospitality sector. She informed me about the problem only 45 minutes late and seemed disappointed about it being so early. Disgusted would be too polite a word.

I didn’t get chance to order any food but wanted to share my experience I had today, in the evening time I visited the cafe it was little packed so we have been told to wait in a table and they will let us know when any table gets available, in that table one person was already there so we asked and one of their employee confirmed we can sit there but in sometime on of the other employee came and very rudely and disrespectfully told us to move from there as the table was occupied then we asked for which table to sit they pointed another table but when we are moving to that table they again told us we cant sit there so unexpectedly and with very heavy heart we left that place. Also I suspected that they were judging based on looks and dresses but thats fully my own thought. Never going to visit that place again.
