The first thing that stands out is the ambience—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The mix of wood, soft lighting, and indoor plants creates a cozy, contemporary feel. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind for hours, whether you're catching up with friends, working on your laptop, or just enjoying some quiet time. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was served promptly and exactly as ordered. Service here is consistently polite and professional, which definitely adds to the charm. Now, on to the highlights of what I tried: 🍗 Mexican Fried Chicken Crispy, juicy, and bursting with bold flavor, the Mexican fried chicken was a standout. The seasoning had a perfect blend of spices—smoky, slightly tangy, and with just the right level of heat. It was served hot and crisp, with a side of dip that complemented the spice beautifully. A must-try for anyone who enjoys bold, savory bites. 🧀 Chicken Lasagna This dish never disappoints. Layers of pasta, seasoned chicken, rich tomato sauce, and a generous amount of cheese all come together in a perfectly baked lasagna. we visited the place in the evening. Though the tables were full, the staff arranged a seat for us soon. we ordered oven roasted chicken and virgin mojito. loved the food, and will visit again for sure

Cute cafe, with cooperative and friendly staff. Great for conversations as the roads are not very busy. Food was good, presentation was nice. Liked it, worth a visit for sure.

Place is really small and on a Saturday morning with a completely empty restaurant, it took them upwards of 40 minutes to serve us our breakfast order. And even after that the food they gave us was cold. Total joke.

I ordered 3 items... 1) spinach cheese balls with fries - tasty and mild flavor and light. 2) chicken lasagne which was a bit tangy yet cheesy. 3) dessert: blueberry cheese cake which was fantastic!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at 95 Degree Café, New Alipore. Visited for breakfast today and honestly, everything from food to service was a disaster. • The Shakshuka was just overly sweet tomato purée with bland eggs — tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to be. • The Chicken Cheese Burger had a dry, store-bought patty with just a slice of onion and tomato — no sauces, no cheese flavor — and the bun was burnt too! • The Chicken Smoked Sandwich tasted like dry bread stuffed with street-style chowmein — absolutely no thought or quality. • The Vietnamese Cold Coffee was weak, watery, and completely forgettable. What made things worse was the way they handled the sides. No fries or accompaniments were served with the burger or sandwich, and without informing us, they added extra fries to the table and charged us separately for it — claiming they were “compensating for less sides.” Shocking and unprofessional behavior. On top of that, they refused to let us pay through Zomato/Dineout even though the reservation was made via those platforms. Overall: pathetic food, zero transparency, bad service. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Hugely disappointing experience at 95 Degree Café, New Alipore. We stay close by and have visited this café several times. It used to be a decent spot, but honestly, with each visit, the food and service kept going downhill. Today’s visit was the final straw — and I can say for sure, we won’t be coming back. The Shakshuka was nothing but sweet tomato purée topped with bland, tasteless eggs. The Chicken Cheese Burger was even worse — a dry, frozen patty, burnt bun, and just a sad slice of onion and tomato, with no sauce or flavor. The Chicken Smoked Sandwich tasted like it was filled with low-grade street chowmein. Even the Vietnamese Cold Coffee was diluted and completely forgettable. To make matters worse, they served us extra fries without informing us they were chargeable, and later added them to the bill, saying the original sides were “too little.” Plus, despite booking the table via Zomato/Dineout, they refused to process payment through the platform. It honestly felt embarrassing to take my spouse out to a place that’s fallen so badly in quality. Terrible food, bad service, dishonest billing — 95 Degree Café is officially off our list.

First thing we had was a mocaccino. It was so so sweet that it was not drinkable at all. So we told them to replace it but what we got next was just some extra espresso added to it which made it bitter and it was also cold. Coming to the food, we ordered fish and chips which was more like fish fries. It was okay. And lastly a chicken steak, that was just okay-ish too. Taste was average, the sauce was too salty. We had to ask for the forks was not provided any in the beginning. The WORST thing was that we were asked to hurry up as it was already 10.40 and they’re supposed to close by 10.30. I have been too thousands of cafes and restaurants in my life.. yes sometimes you are asked to place the order fast when the kitchen closing time is near. But i have never had anyone tell me to EAT FASTER.. just bcz their closing time is nearing. And the irony is that they took time to serve the main course. We didn’t tell them to hurry up when they did so. Really an awful experience.

The outlet said they do not accept District payment. So the entire bill had to be paid. They denied their affiliation with District
