Brilliant experience! Noor, Rajesh, Bina, Chef Montu, and the entire team were exceptionally prompt and attentive throughout. The quality of the food was excellent and truly exceeded expectations. A must-visit place for everyone. I will certainly recommend it to others and look forward to coming back again

We went there on Poila Boisakh and took buffet system but Cooking quality was very bad. Cooks need training regarding handling of raw materials and cooking procedure. They use frozen meat ,fish but are careless about the thawing....cooked frojen items directly without proper thawing....resulted very unpalatable dishes. Fried starters were not hot and crispy..... kept without arrangement of heating System.

ABSOLUTE NO-GO!! Went to Aaheli for the buffet today, and it was one of the worst Bengali food experiences I’ve had. Finished the entire buffet in under 30 minutes - the quickest I’ve ever left a buffet, and not for a good reason! We waited around 15 minutes for a table. When one became available, we were asked if we’d share it with another group of two. That felt odd, particularly as there didn’t appear to be other customers waiting. After we looked displeased, they gave us a table of our own. There were four starters: two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian. The phulkopir cutlet was okay. The paneer and capsicum starter tasted like the two had been fried in a thin besan batter without salt. The Machh Mushurir Bora was average, while the doi chicken was almost always out of stock during our meal, even though peak lunch hour had just passed. There was pasta too, which felt completely out of place in a Bengali buffet. The veg main course had steamed rice, Kashmiri pulao, dal, cholar dalna, aloor dum and shorshe narkel diye potol. I was disappointed by the vegetarian gravies; cholar dalna was the only one I found decent with the pulao. I moved on to the non-vegetarian dishes: chicken, mutton, fish and prawn. I didn’t try the mutton, but the dhonepata chicken was the most flavourless chicken I’ve had in Kolkata. The fish kalia was decent once I asked for a peti piece. Prawn malai curry was my last hope: the gravy was decent, but the prawns were undercooked. Dessert was no better. The selection wasn’t exciting, and the sitabhog tasted horrible. If that were someone’s first taste of sitabhog, I can imagine it leaving them with a very poor impression of the sweet. The mishti doi had gone bad; when my friend pointed it out, the waiter’s response was that no one else had complained. We left hungry and irritated, and ended up going to another restaurant after paying about ₹1,600 per person. Paying through Zomato and getting a discount was the only consolation. Food: -10/10 (if that’s an option) Price: 0/10 Ambience: 5/10 (didn’t justify the price point) Service: 6/10 (decent overall, but rather nonchalant at times, especially when we raised an issue with the mishti doi) Overall: 2/10

I am regular customer to the restaurant but faced the worst behavior and service on 15 April . The people managing don't even listen to the customers complain and at the end I had to leave the restaurant without any food. I won't recommend the restaurant due to the service and arrogant behavior. The manager himself is of no use and have no authority over his people.Cant expect that behavior from a premium restaurant.
