Brilliant experience! Noor, Rajesh, Bina, Chef Montu, and the entire team were exceptionally prompt and attentive throughout. The quality of the food was excellent and truly exceeded expectations. A must-visit place for everyone. I will certainly recommend it to others and look forward to coming back again

Fantastic is too low of a compliment. Must visit. Had luchi and kosha mangsho (mutton) - probably the best in Kolkata we had in any restaurant- just like home.

The ambience is beautiful and food was superb. Hospitality of Bina was really amiable and she is well versed with the restaurant etiquette

We went there on Poila Boisakh and took buffet system but Cooking quality was very bad. Cooks need training regarding handling of raw materials and cooking procedure. They use frozen meat ,fish but are careless about the thawing....cooked frojen items directly without proper thawing....resulted very unpalatable dishes. Fried starters were not hot and crispy..... kept without arrangement of heating System.

I am regular customer to the restaurant but faced the worst behavior and service on 15 April . The people managing don't even listen to the customers complain and at the end I had to leave the restaurant without any food. I won't recommend the restaurant due to the service and arrogant behavior. The manager himself is of no use and have no authority over his people.Cant expect that behavior from a premium restaurant.
