Good food and great service! We had the Mahabhoj thalis, which came with a lavish spread of chingri, ilish, bhetki, mutton, aloo posto, fulkopi, topshe fry and so much more. Everything made for a wonderful meal. The staff was exceptionally well-mannered and attentive. We had requested a little flower decoration as we were celebrating a birthday, but to our surprise, they had also arranged a cake for us! Such a thoughtful gesture that made the occasion even more special. I don’t recall the members’ names, but a big thank you to the team who took care of us on Oct 12, between 2 and 4 PM. You made our celebration extra special! :)

With the carnival discount offers it was win win situation. Taste was just out of this world....absolute authentic essence of bengali cuisine. Me and my mom enjoyed thoroighly.

extremely bad experience.....items were missing from the pre set thali.... irrespective of paying an exorbitant price for the thali..being an approximate amount of Rs.3300 each....this was simply not acceptable...we a group of 8 people had gone there to celebrate saptami and have a good time....but after having the thali almost all of us fell sick. had stomach infection ..the prawns were not cleaned...the hilsa had scales in it....terrible experience.....hadafe the booking much prior in advance....simply not expected from such a brand name...AAHELI ....who claims to give there customer a luxurious bengali e food experience.....my sister and her family came to celebrate Durga Puja after 12 years to Kolkata ....I had recommended Aaheli....but was barrassed for the recommendation...AAHELI .. PEERLESS IN ....YOU TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED US....TOOO BAD....WE FELL SICK AFTER HAVING THE THALI...WHICH ALSO HINDERED OUR DURGA PUJO PLANS AS WELL.....HORRIBLE..

Food Service and taste was not at all good ,first took too long to deliver the simplest food and then delivered the wrong food items. In the end they tried to manage .
