the food was alright , the disastrous part was the staff. there was no one to wait on the table , i didnt got the menu handed to me . had to get up and ask for the menu (after 20 mins of waiting) had more bad experience to write but word limit

Service is good no doubt in that but during special occasions the default menu is changed and 90% of the veg items are removed and the food taste was not that good and in place of butter what we got is oily naan so yup that's all.

HORRIBLE in one word. The place has no structure. We waited 1.5 hours without any food, and left out of frustration. Worst mix of ambience. They don't know their target customers. Table chairs were like that of a street side restaurant. The design was somewhat like an unstructured Cafe, but the music played there was like a bar-cum- restaurant. They tried to make the ambience like a cafe, but the infrastructure was very poor. Heavily understaffed and employees don't care about customers. Only one lady was managing the whole thing. It was our first visit in that place, and had a HORRIBLE experience.

Don’t trust the photos they’ve posted — the actual ambiance is unorganized and quite dirty. The food quality is below average; chicken dishes were bland, and the fish fingers were just okay. They advertise a 50% discount, but it’s misleading — the offer isn’t applicable on many items, and they don’t inform you in advance. Even a ₹10 water bottle was charged at ₹56! The only positive part was the polite behavior of the staff, but overall, the experience was disappointing — poor ambiance, average food, and overpriced items. Definitely not worth trying.

Worst experience ever, food quality was too poor. There was hair in the food. Staff billed us differently just to take more money. Poor service it felt like a trashyard. Worst experience ever with zomato dining. Pathetic service, worst staff complete waste of money. Staff got us two separate bill in one they inclded water as well just to take extra money and didn’t allowed to pay from zomato. Pathetic experience ever, will never visit again.😡😡😡

the restaurant staff told us that the 40% off that we got from zomato was not applicable on kebabs, hookahs, seafood items and mineral water. we had to order only a pizza and a pasta for that. They even levied service charge which they cancelled after we told them. Adding the pic of the bill where they added the service charge.
