Firstly 5/5 for the extremely cosy ambience nd great hospitality.. It's small bt will surely make u fall in love with the place.the food is pretty nice. Infact I'm in love with the bread pizza.. Its very cheesy nd yummy.. Will surely visit dis place again nd again.. The complimentary chips is quite a nice gesture fr the management.. Do visit this place. I can say, keeping in mind all da aspects of a proper cafe,dis is one of da best in behala area..

Till date the most pretty cafe I've visited. It's a simple cafe with beautiful interiors. The owner is very friendly. The dim lights and music gives you a cozy feeling, it's a must visit place. The food is delicious, we ordered bread pizza which is mouth watering, then chicken grilled sandwiches and chicken Chawmin.

Awesome food quality and the food is heathly also..And service is too good.. Ambience is very attractive.. In one word Love it ... Chicken salad with curd is fabulous

I should praise them for tolerating us almost 3 hours and this should be an enough reason to visit them again. This place happens to be just a minute away from my home. And I have visited them three times to be precise. A very quiet place which I have loved always, decor of this cafeteria is very soothing. Host is very sweet to interact. Foods are good to be mentioned. I loved their Chicken Salad and Mixed Fruit Juice. A lovely place to set a foot.

Very tasty snacks we have enjoyed today... Owner was really friendly with us.. Very good and ambience.. They played very nice solo music.. Light combination is very nice to experience..

First I would like to praise them for their service and their daring nature to bring up a Cafe in a place where it is hardly noticeable. We did not try many varieties of food there but somehow I liked their service and I feel that with little more promotion and hard work they can survive well.  We had very less expectation from this place tea and ice cream... Tea was prepared well and they gave good try to present a chocolate ice cream nicely They have decorated it well with hanging lanterns. However, they should brighten up the cafe bit more with more lights. Price is very reasonable.

Its a small but chic place to chill out with friends. The decor is well kept but a little dark on the outset. Music played is very soft and soothing. Food is good, however could be a little less expensive. Overall, a good experience.

Had my 1st visit at this place today. My experience was not satisfactory at all. The atmosphere was pleasant enough to hang out with friends. The furniture used for accommodation reflects good taste. The cosy ambience is perfect to relax after a tiresome day. The staff was polite and courteous. But what matters to a real gourmet is the TASTE & QUALITY of food served. I was highly disappointed to find that the minimum care to serve quality food was not taken. I ordered chicken pasta in white sauce and cold coffee. Chicken pasta was nothing better than a tasteless item with boiled pasta dumped into a pool of thick flour paste with cheese and butter added to it. Chicken pieces could hardly be found. Cold coffee was even worse. It seemed to be a brownish watery substance with lots of milk powder lumps and an improper proportion of coffee and sugar. The scoop of ice cream added to it was not even blended well. The outlet authorities should strictly take steps to overcome their loopholes. I don't recommend Amar café for a second visit.

No doubt the prices are very reasonable, but food taste is just below average. Ordered food through Swiggy. Chicken Sandwich tasted was just average, breakfast platter sausage is just aweful and the pasta white sauce was just dumped with flour.
