I am going to this restaurant since I was a kid. Been more than 17 years to this restaurant and still going strong. Amazing food quality and also customer service is amazing. Do try Butter Naan and Chicken Bhartha. Best!

Well one thing that I should mention is that their menu is pretty exhaustive. We had Tandoori Roti and Mixed Veg Special. The gravy was really tasty. The lighting of the place is really low and the crowd is usually loud. But the food is good.

Ambrosia Restaurant Review ⭐ 2/5 Visited Ambrosia on 28-10-24 and was disappointed with the experience. Here’s a breakdown of what we ordered: Fish Finger – Average in taste. It lacked seasoning and was slightly overcooked. Rating: 3/5. Special Noodles (without Shrimp) – Specifically requested without shrimp due to dietary restrictions, but it still arrived with shrimp. Major oversight from the staff and disappointing experience. Taste was okay but didn’t meet expectations. Rating: 3/5. Hot Garlic Chicken – Menu stated it contained 6 pieces, but we received only 5. Taste was subpar; flavors didn’t come through as expected. Rating: 2/5. Given the service and food quality, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been to Kolkata and found this restaurant on Google. Hoping for good food, we went there — but the experience was terrible. The staff was extremely rude, and the restaurant had a bad smell. First of all, I ordered Sprite. Instead of giving me bottles, they poured them into a glass without asking. I had planned to keep the bottles for my travel, but when I asked, they rudely said, “We can’t do anything.” The food we ordered was simple — dal, rice, aloo matar sabji, paneer tikka masala, and papad. But shockingly, there was no salt in the dal or the sabji. I never add extra salt to my food, but because of their tasteless food, I had to. The food was not even average, and for this I paid ₹1300! To make matters worse, my mother wasn’t feeling well and was lying on the seat. The restaurant was empty, and I assured them she would get up if anyone came. Still, the staff rudely scolded us, showing zero sensitivity. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I stayed quiet, but this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I came to Kolkata for good food, but this place completely ruined it.

today we ordered Afghani chicken, egg chicken fried rice and navratna Korma. food was sh!t. money gone down the drain. I think instead of adding Salt, they had added sugar. all these dishes were so sweet that we just had to throw them. worst experience. NEVER ever will we order North Indian dishes from here.

Worst food I have ever tasted. Poor Quality food.. Ordered chili chicken and chili fish..and found 99% only a hard coated maida nothing else.. Horrible...
