The place has a Colonial Club vibe to it… on a packed Saturday Night with Live Music on and all patrons in High Spirits, felt like a cosy house party….. multiple seating options but getting the right one even when the place is yet to fill up can be a bargain with the hostess…. Though we finally managed to grab a seat on the cosy couches on the half open balcony….Food is yumm and so are the cocktails… a must visit with your close gang or BAE…

10/10 experience. Great staff, polite and attentive. I’m surprised at the quality of food they offered today. A well curated menu, not sure why this place got so many negative reviews here. We had the fried prawns with garlic, pasta and the Thai green curry. Each item had the perfect flavour profile very distinct from the other. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

First things first, finding this place is an experience in itself. The entrance is so secluded and there’s basically zero signage, not even the restaurant name properly visible. You genuinely feel like you’re walking into an under-construction building and hoping you’re at the right place. For a restaurant in Park Street, this really needs to be fixed. Once you get inside though, it’s a completely different story. The place is huge, beautifully decorated and has a really nice old-world/vintage vibe. The ambience is definitely the highlight. Food-wise, it was a mixed bag. The Iced Coconut Coffee was okay, but I wanted a stronger espresso hit and better coffee overall. Fish & Chips had a good-sized fillet, but the fish had a noticeable smell, which was a major turn-off for me. The Devilled Crab was honestly tiny for the price and just okay taste-wise. The Naga Chilli Chicken Bites, though? Easily one of my favourites. Crispy, flavourful chicken with the perfect amount of heat from the Naga chilli chutney. Definitely recommend this one. The Laal Maas Taco was flavourful but, again, very small in portion. The Roasted Chicken Pizza was another winner. Loved the sourdough base and overall flavour. The Tiramisu looked a little poorly assembled, although it tasted decent. What bothered me most was that the pricing feels higher than what they’re currently delivering. Seeing inventory being managed right beside diners was equally disappointing, and the added service charge only made the whole experience more irritating. Beautiful interiors can’t compensate for poor execution and inflated pricing. Hard pass at this price point. Would I recommend it? Honestly, I’m on the fence. Go for the ambience, maybe try the Naga Chilli Chicken Bites and pizza, but I’m not sure the overall experience is quite there yet for the price.

Went for the live music but all the tables for two are at the periphery where you can barely see the band. Food was a hit and miss. Many items on the menu are unavailable. Ordered a mushroom pasta. Was told not available after taking the order. Ordered the chicken pasta and instead of changing the order they upgraded the original order and charged extra for added chicken. Service was not that great either. Got a very haughty vibe from the place without nothing really to justify it. Band performances sounded great though.

Absolutely horrible experience, the server named Sohail was rude and arrogant, never ever going to visit this place again, waste of time and money. The management should look at hiring the right kind of people, was taken aback to see this kind of an attitude from a hospitality “professional”. Please avoid going to places like these where you pay money to experience arrogance from staff and not for hospitality..: worst experience !!!

Hi first time in Kolkata with friends to the #1 bar kolkata was a terrible experience cause of the, food suggested & served by the head chef of ampm, i guess it's called mutton thepla taco and some heck they call naanza, was having loose motion for 3days, drinks and staff was tho good, but chef please if food is bad do not suggest.

This place has fallen of the cliff. It’s surely no way the no 1 bar in kolkata anymore. The picante felt like salt and ice. Food was undercooked and bland. Avoid this place at all cost now. Really disappointed, this was my third and for sure my last visit here.

The food was good, but they had a few cocktails out of stock. Even after we had changed our order, they included the ‘out-of-stock’ cocktails too, to inflate the bill. Pls check the bill properly before leaving the premises.
