If you love going to a place where dream meets life and reality meets dreams.. then you should visit Aqua.. This place promises of good set up of food standards where you could just visit for the most nice kind of furnishing or pool or staircase around. lol. basically it's a well done interior, food menu and mannerism of the staff mostly welcoming you.. use this venue for parties or meetings to no disappointment to you. I love going here if I feel like or necessary.. one of my favorite places in the world.. and if we all happen to visit the world then you might just end up finding this on the top most lists of so much many things.. it is not just costly but expensive as much as your wishlist too could afford.. this place is for relaxation, not medication or meditation.. definitely for love of all sorts and the way the work goes around in the world... so enjoy your life to the brimming experience of every Aqua that you burst here for your life is just not but by the Park! This place takes you high in Kolkata;) love you world, Sultannat #FoodbyIrene

All customers must be treated equally. Each one is important and for a five star property, the service should be top notch. Hospitality lacked at the onset. People attending customers must have sound knowledge of what to answer when, training of the staff is missing. I am very fortunate to have come across Mr. Tabrez who listened to my concern and solved my issue sooner.

Went for an afternoon day out here, however was surprised when we received the bill for ₹1020 when the menu read ₹610. When I confronted the manager over the phone, he claimed that the price increased 2 days ago. An absolute scam they are running here. Other than that, the food was average. Pasta quantity was less and lacked seasoning. The Mud pie was the only good experience.

Very overrated. Food was average. Next door, there’s a restaurant named Step One Up which serves far better food. Isn’t the Calcutta icon that it used to be.

They charge you double the amount mentioned in menu. And the drinks are very mediocre. Avoid.

Went here on Zomato Delights 50% off booking, I'm pretty sure that is what caused the problem. They apparently had only 4 food items when I went (at 2:00 PM which is prime lunch time) namely: Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Pasta, Chicken Nuggets, French fries. None of the menu items were apparently available, we decided to order the only 4 food items they had and all of them were absolutely mediocre at best. Obviously the alcohol was extremely overpriced too, overpriced enough that a 50% off only brings the price down to normal restaurant standards. Just charging astronomically exorbitant prices based on the ambience is completely unjustified. Far better places in Kolkata at this point in time which offer better prices, and these places actually respect the customer while also providing a very good and posh ambience. You can only go so far and so long based on heritage guys, need to make some changes.

Food and beverages are worse didn't liked the staff behavior...so unprofessional and we ordered their Caribbean Mango mocktail it tasted so bad and also there was an insect inside it when we informed the waiters regarding then they just picked the insect inside it and threw it away and served us the same drink again without replacing it with new one. Such a bad experience. Will suggest not to visit this place. Prices are higher than expected and food quality and quantity is not upto the mark. And additionally they charge 20% on bill after 2200 hrs which is totally unacceptable.

Food is terrible, the staffs are horrible. It came to a point where they were lying in our faces. This ain't a restaurant, it's a scam. Please don't visit here, you wouldn't want to try their overpriced undercooked items.
