Arhaam Rasoi is a small restaurant outlet located on the ground floor of Downtown Mall. Various cuisines of Indian, Chinese, Kebabs, Rolls, Biriyani is available here. After movie we decided to have dinner here. After going through the menu we decided to have Butter Nun and an Indian dish of Chicken. The Nun and Chicken tasted quite good and was well prepared. Though i felt the price of the items could have been a little less. But considering the limited restaurant outlets in Downtown Mall, one can try out food in this restaurant.

Had ordered from this place multiple times nd was never disappointed with the taste quality or portion size so we decided to visit the place we went there on Saturday afternoon Ambience is good what I didn't like was the seating arrangement since the place is little small they had very close seating area which invades ones privacy now let's come to the order Our order was dal makhani chicken homemade style and Nan Taste quality and portion size was good servers were helpful and service was good overall a good place

food quality is not at all good.. service is also b very slow, though i dont blame the waiters as they tried their level best, still there is a shortage of manpower.. the waiters were helpful otherwise.. food quality & quantity is not worth it..

This place is sort of a trap, once you enter PVR downtown mall, you would see banners having 1980's prices listed on their banners. That is the trap, upon expecting value for money options you end up in a place having relentless delays in getting food to the table after orders, struggling staff, high price compared to the bad food. We ordered chicken biriyani which had a small leg piece, one potato (half cooked) and one refrigerated boiled egg. Coming to biriyani rice it was probably cooked 2-3 days back and has become hard and difficult to chew. There was a private booking upstairs and people came down saying 'bhai service dena hai ke nahi' ☺️ If you're running late for movies do not go here. I also saw one person loitering around the restaurant premises, with zero activity. I assume he is the owner and he is so laid back shathe even does not care to pick up calls coming in while his staff is overworked. All in all a must avoid.

Food quantity is very less and chicken was very smelly like rotten .. informed to resturant but they didn't accepted its rotten . Waste of money and time. Whats the point of lying as mentioned by resturant owner below . If we are paying definitely we have informed about the smelly chicken but resturant owner and staff did not ready to accept . We didn't argued or made a kiosk because we have decided that this was mistake to visit Arhaam Rasoi without checking previous reviews by other which also states that they have received rotten and smelly food. ..

Most third class restaurant in kolkata area. Don't go this place and don't have anything. They don't maintain any hygiene process. Worst quality food, packaging. Rude behavior of owner and staffs. They don't know how to approach with customer. And that owner doesn't have any sence how to manage restaurant and give a good service. They are totally cheated.

Extremely Bad Service,Bad Food and Rude Staff. The only thing you should do about Arhaam Rasoi is to never visit this place! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
