With the increasing competition of Biryani restaurants in the city this Arsalan branch has decided to stay away from the competition by degrading their quality. Chicken Reshmi Kebab @ Rs.359 (2/5) Mutton Biryani Special @ Rs.550 (4/5) Arsalan once used to known for their Kebabs now wants you to pay twice, size of the chicken pieces has been made half, so you need two plates of it. Chicken pieces were drier than other branches as well. To justify the premium price tag, they garnish it with I Love Arsalan salad that no one has asked. Thankfully the Biryani quality is still somehow maintained but the prices are going up by leaps and bounce and no one complains. I believe Indian economy is really booming, now just 2 items are billed Rs.1000. When you visit Arsalan you pay premium to get premium quality food but they don't do it here. My recommendation is Park Circus, Hatibagan or Jessore Road branch.

It was midnight and we went there for a quick kathi roll. The counter ppl were absolutely not attentive enough to take the order. I order double chicken roll which was mentioned 118/- and with all the taxes it was 123/-. The counter person asked for 140/- and even after rectifying the same, he insisted that it is 140/- only. I again repeated my order. Then at the third try he confirmed that its his mistake and it would be 123/-. The music was so loud that they couldn’t hear us, and we couldn’t hear them.. Need to improve alot when u r in this field

Increased the price by more than 50% in all dishes after last Eid. I was a regular monthly mutton biryani customer at Chinar Park Arsalan. But had to switch to India restaurant Kaikhali.

We visited on 30th June. The outlet was very bad. We sat beside a wall which had stains from food particles. The overall hygine of the outlet was very bad. The waiters were very rude and they have the audacity that they are the best biriyani and hence do not need to provide any service whatsoever. They didn't even serve water. The food was late and just biriyani and chicken chaap took 35-40mins to arrive. We had to forcefully order a starter. Chicken rezala was the most disappointing dish and it seemed that someone mixed water in it and we ordered 2 but we received only 1. I think it was the last plate and they mixed water in it to make make the gravy enough to be served. They could have just informed that it's over. Very very sad and poor experience. Would advice all to NOT VISIT this outlet.

This outlet used to be the only best biryani place in this area but in last 2-3years they have downgraded their quality of food, biryani, mutton as well as service. To experience good arsalan we had to either visit hatibagan or sodepur outlet or any other outlet of arsalan but not this, this place is extreme disgrace to arsalan biryani legacy it once used to have.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. Service was poor, and the biryani I ordered tasted awful. Why do people rave about it? They charged 35 rupees for a 1-liter water bottle that clearly mentioned 18 rupees on it. The biryani is outrageously overpriced—total waste of money.

Extremely Disappointed about our order today from take away. I have ordered 1 chicken biriyani and 1 mutton biriyani today. After reaching home I found out that they have given 2 chicken biriyani. Extremely bad service.

Worst experience ever! I will never visit this branch again! Paid almost 1400 on biriyani which is a total waste! Congested seating area, so much noise! Mutton quality and quantity both didn’t match the price!
