Yesterday I visited Arsalan with my mom for dinner. We tried there Chicken Achari Kebab , Mutton Biriyani and Firni. All the items were just amazing taste. The services and behaviour of the staffs were also very good. I will love to visit there again.

This is Arsalan outlet at jessore road, dum dum. Nice seating area at 1st floor..Lift is there but not working 😕. Mutton biryani, Mutton Dakbanglo both were awesome.

I ordered 2 plates of mutton biriyani and 1 plate was missing the piece of mutton. When complained they denied the fact and asked us to share photos but they didnt even bother to check the photos shared and told us that since we complained with zomato we should check with them. Such misbehaviour not expected! Please improve your customer service as we are not beggars that we will lie for a piece of mutton.

I had been a fan boy of Arsalan since ages. I have been eating their mutton biryani since the time when a plate used to cost Rs 60 or 65. They have drastically deteriorated the quality and quantity over the years. The owners should definitely pay heed to this feedback from a loyal and esteemed customer. Atleast I've decided not to visit or eat from Arsalan in near future.

worst place!!! I have never tasted such bad biriyani in any branded restaurant...price like 5star and taste like local biriyani...rice smelling very bad .. complete waste of money.... service personal doesn't know how to behave .... feel like Paisa diye free te khete asechi !!??

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Arsalan. I found a piece of coal in my meal, which was both shocking and disgusting. This completely ruined my appetite. Food safety should be a top priority in any dinning place and clearly this restaurant failed to do so.

We ordered 2 plate mutton biryani through Zomato on 26 feb 2024. After eating biryani, we both got stomach infection next morning. Whole we were suffered with diarrhoea stomach pain . Biryani was stale and of poor quality. Please don’t buy from arsalan.

hair On the piece of mutton. ordered Masala chicken..the gravy was rotten..when i told the staff about this,they didn't took any action.. such an unprofessional behavior from the staff

I ordered one special mutton biriyani and was highly disappointed with the quality. The rice seems completely different than usual Arsalan biriyani and there is no flavour in it.

This is a completely duplicate shop doing duplicate business. Because I ordered biryani from here, I was served a disgusting biryani.
