Visited Arsalan after a long time and had a nice experience. We ordered chicken wings kebab (8 pieces for ₹390), mutton biryani (₹444), green salad (₹80), and firni (₹110). Everything tasted good overall. Mutton biryani and firni have always been my favorites at Arsalan. The only small downside was that the mutton piece in the biryani was a bit small. Otherwise, a good experience!

Food standards have drastically fallen here. Not expected such quality of butter chicken (white gravy) turned out to be disappointing.

Ordered Mutton Biriyani which was served after 25 mins. Its not a brainer that Biriyani is already pre cooked in dozens in such restaurants like Arsalaan or Zeeshan because its known for Biriyani only. Also, all foods are over priced. 410 for chicken bharta. 450 for Biriyani. 336 for only Biriyani rice. also, taste is very average. Its just running because of its brand, but the quality has detoriated a lot.

I recently tried Arsalan Biryani, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. The price they charge for a basic biryani is absolutely absurd for the amount of food you get. There are far better and more reasonably priced biryani spots in town!

service was too bad...wrost experience in Arsalan.... 30mnts waiting for food ....n normal week dayz...not worth....after that service man was asking for tips....

Biryani was overpriced and very very disappointing. Quality was not good at all. Arsalan special chicken kebab was better. Overall very much dissatisfied.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Arsalan Hatibagan outlet. The Chicken Chap parcel was absolutely below standard — stale, poorly cooked, and nowhere close to the signature taste Arsalan is known for. I’ve always enjoyed Chicken Chap at other Arsalan branches, but this one felt completely off — lacking freshness, flavour, and the rich texture expected from the dish. Extremely disheartening to see such inconsistency from a brand that usually maintains great quality. The management at this outlet really needs to look into their kitchen standards and food quality control. Definitely not the experience one expects from Arsalan. This outlet is highly “NOT RECOMMENDED”!!!

We took a mutton biriyani parcel and after opening we didn’t found any mutton piece … we tried to contact them but they didn’t resolve it.. very pathetic
