Their mutton biryani is very good. The portion size is good. They have an AC section on the 1st floor and a non - AC section on the ground floor. The service is very prompt.

they served us kebabs but for get to serve mint chutney and salad....after we asked they served only after 10min , when we asked to change the plates they served us dirty plates. food taste was average apart from biryani. dissapointed never going to visit this branch again

I have always believed that Arsalan can never disappoint. But my recent experience was slightly disappointing as in both the items we ordered, the meat portion were very scanty. Dessert was great!

Came first time to Kolkata heard much about the place , tbh very average food specially veg biryani is something they should pay us to eat that. As people said just hype no substance

This is the worst outlet of Arsalan in kolkata. They dont serve fresh food to the table. I ordered chicken stew & rumali roti. Both of the items were not fresh, just vomitted after half an hour.

I had a horrible experience yesterday. Trusting Arsalan, I had taken my friend from Delhi for Biryani at the Park Street outlet. 15mins of taking seats, no one came to take order. After third call, a waiter came and we placed order - chicken reshmi kebab, mutton special biryani and two coke. Biryani came in 10mins, almost cold. I reminded of the kebab. Again after 10mins reminded of the kebab. After again some 10-15mins a waiter came to confirm if we have ordered reshmi kebab. I said yes and meanwhile our Biryani was half over. After finishing Biryani, came another waiter and asked if we have got the kebab to which I had showed the table. Forget the coldrink, even Water wasn't served to us. We had by then given up hope for kebab and wanted to leave so called for bill. And again I was asked if we had placed order for rashmi kebab and received it or not. I was blank at that moment, wanted to give a befitting reply but controlled myself and just paid the Biryani bill and left.

pathetic outlet of arsalan.. always delaying in service... cheap was stale...and the worst part even after telling them that it's stale..they don't get it.

I have ordered a mutton masala for takeaway but when I opened the parcel at my home then i found a four mutton liver instead of meat😑🙂
