Today on 24th September 2025 after watching the movies D-Day 2013, John Day 2013, Mardaani 2014 and Satyameva Jayate 2018 on Amazon Prime Video. I have ordered food through Swiggy from Arsalan, Prince Anwar Shah Road for the first time ever. I ordered 3 Chicken Egg Roll for Rs. 110/- each items total amount was Rs. 330.00/- with Order Packing Charges Rs. 30.00/- with Platform Fee Rs. 14.99/- and with Taxes Rs. 16.50/- my Grand total amount was Rs. 391.50/- with 50% discount code applied (ORDERON) I have saved Rs. -100.00/- with Delivery Fee (Free with Swiggy One) of Rs. 81.00/- I have saved Rs. 181.00/- on my entire bill and my net payable amount was Rs. 291.00/- which I paid it in cash on delivery to the delivery boy Tapas Das. I paid him Rs. 500.00/- and he returned me Rs. 200.00/- he didn't had any change of Rs. 9.00/- so I told him to keep the change with him. I placed an order at around 6:01pm and it was delivered within 56 minutes by 6:57pm. The chicken egg rolls were so heavy that it is enough for 1 person and you will be satisfied with it. Chicken Egg Rolls were delicious 😋 and tasty 😋 as well. The chicken pieces were juicy with eggs as well. Me and my kalpana di enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much Arsalan for making our day special.

We ordered arsalan chicken kebab. The chicken inside cheese coating was not cooked properly. Further the aloo of biryani was burnt and rice was just little bit warm.

We had a very disappointing experience at Arsalan, which was quite unexpected from such a reputed brand. Our group of 12 people visited the restaurant around 10 PM for a birthday celebration. Initially, we were informed that no kebabs were available, but after some time, the staff said kebabs would be served, so we proceeded to order starters. However, after serving the kebabs, we were told that mutton biryani was unavailable — even though we had clearly mentioned before taking the table that we specifically came for mutton biryani. At that time, we were assured that there was ample stock and there was no need to worry. Trying to cooperate, we adjusted and ordered chicken biryani, naan, rumali roti, and a few other dishes. Unfortunately, when the food was served around 12:30 AM, several items were missing, including rumali roti, garlic naan, and one mutton dish. When we brought this to their attention, the staff simply informed us that the kitchen was closed and they could not provide the remaining items. We were not informed about any last order timing or that the biryani was running out of stock, despite the manager personally taking our order. Ultimately, at 1 AM, we had to leave the restaurant without getting eating our meal, feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Me & my wife went to Dine in at that place on 25th September Dinner time. We were sitting at their 2nd floor & we had ordered for 02 chicken biryanis & 01 chicken lahori. Mine was fine but in my wife's plate she got 3 to 4 pieces of tiny hairs. On informing them the server changed her biryani immediately & brought a fresh one but unfortunately again the same thing happened in the replaced dish also. We had not informed this time & walked out silently after paying the bill. Where the taste is awesome these hygienic issues creates a negative impact on me against Arsalan. I shall never visit any of the Arsalan outlets.

The food quality was disappointing. The biryani was excessively salty, and the mutton malai lacked flavor. The starter was very chewy. To make matters worse, we even found a hair in the chicken biryani. The service was inattentive, adding to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

Worst behaviour, food was average, they ask for tips , and if you don't provide they laugh at you. Utterly disgraceful. Prince anwar shah branch 3rd floor.
