Absolutely worth the reviews that have been posted before my visit. Excellent ambience, food and very well behaved staff. We ordered the sweet potato brava, artichoke dip and burrito bowl. More than filling and went very well with the mocha and cappuccino. The only challenge is parking , as others have mentioned - but ask them and you’ll find a limited spot at the end of the lane. A cafe named Artsy in a city like Kolkata is as apt as it gets.

This place is literally a hidden gem in Calcutta. Such a cozy vintage ambience and the food and coffee are just perfect. It’s always a great experience here. Highly recommended cafe in Calcutta.👍🏻

This place was my office when I was in town for a week. Everything was top notch, especially the staff. They even gave me a box of cookies on my last day, a gesture I’ll remember fondly! :)

The ambience is lovely with great music, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive to every need. The food is delicious too, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

The food is great. The wait time is a little longer. The ambience is very nice, cozy and they have a good collection of books which you can read while waiting.

I visited Artsy for coffee and found the ambience decent, but the place was crawling with regular office-goers who seemed to think working from a café is the new cool. The café was clearly understaffed, and orders were being taken after quite a long wait. No one was noticing us, and even after calling them and sharing our requirements, they kept forgetting our order. We ordered the Railway Cutlet Burger, Mocha, Hazelnut Latte, Coffee Tres Leches, and Lemongrass Tea (cup). Our bill came to ₹1465. Overall, the place could have been much better – from the seating arrangements to the food, the ambience, and above all, the service. However, the coffee and the Coffee Tres Leches were truly outstanding and hit the right spot.
