We went to celebrate my parents anniversary and had a wonderful time. The food is very different and creative. Special mention about Mr Aditya who explained each and every dish to us after serving them and was very warm and polite. A big thanks to Chef Amesha who took special care of my daughter, even took her to the kitchen to meet the chefs and was kind enough to accommodate few additional requests. It was a very unique experience and I am glad we went to Avartana to celebrate the occasion. Thankyou team.

A fabulous fine-dining experience—truly a must-visit for every gastroenterologist! The thoughtfully curated menu and refined flavors made the evening memorable. A special mention to Mr. Pintu, whose warmth, attentiveness, and gracious gestures elevated the experience even further.

On 22nd May 2026, we visited this place to celebrate my wifes birthday. There was an unintentional but untoward "incident" regarding food hygiene. We were promised a thorough investigation including reviwing CCTV footages, and that we will be updated ASAP. Till date no such communication from the Team. Will further update the details within the next 48 hours...

BMW Women's Day lunch.. Had heard such good reviews but got reallyyy disappointed We reached at 2.45 pm & after an activity they started service frm 3.30 pm. We sat for 2 hrs & then finally lost our patience at left!! In an 11 course meal, they could not reach main course in 2 full hours. I was so hungry, I asked for another portion of a starter. To my astonishment, the server said it won't be possible. We were a group of ~35 people & yet another portion could not be arranged. To satiate my hunger, I had to ask for another round of soup. Had invited a cousin to join me & it was an embarrassment. By 5 pm, 50% people had left. At 5.30, even our patience ran out. Surprisingly the server didn't even ask us about leaving without finishing the meal, let alone be sorry about it. We stopped at Arsalan & ate rolls. Imagine my situation, inviting my cousin to one of the finest Hotels in India & then this happens!! So unexpected & disappointing to have such experience, at a brand like ITC!!
